What makes Settled grip socks different?
Most grip socks are plain, generic and made only for function. At Settled, we focus on both grip and aesthetic. Our socks are designed specifically for Pilates and Reformer workouts, with strong studio-approved grip and clean designs that actually match your workout outfit.
Do Pilates studios require grip socks?
Many Pilates and Reformer studios require grip socks for hygiene and safety reasons. The grip helps prevent slipping on the reformer carriage and studio floors. Even in studios where they are not required, many people prefer them for better stability during workouts.
Are these suitable for Pilates and Reformer?
Yes. Settled socks are designed specifically for Pilates, Reformer and barre workouts where grip and stability are important.
Do they have strong grip?
Yes. The silicone grip pattern on the bottom helps prevent slipping on the reformer carriage, studio floors and mats.
What material are they made of?
Our socks are made from a soft cotton blend with stretch, designed to stay comfortable and breathable during workouts.
What size are the socks?
Our grip socks are one size and typically fit EU sizes 36–40 thanks to the stretch fabric.

We are a Copenhagen-based brand and all orders ship from Denmark.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times within Denmark are typically 1–4 business days.
