2. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • MobilePay

Payment will only be charged once your order has been shipped.

We do not charge any card fees.

If you pay using an international payment card, the amount may be reserved on your account until the payment is completed.

3. Shipping

We ship orders from Denmark.

Delivery time is typically 1–4 business days within Denmark.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We currently only ship within Denmark.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Settled cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

4. Right of withdrawal (30 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your order.

If your order consists of several items delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after you receive the final item.

You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing to receive the package without notifying us.

5. Returns

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

The item must be returned to:

Items must be returned in proper packaging.

6. Condition of returned items

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We recommend returning the product in its original packaging.

7. Refunds

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs.

However, this does not include additional delivery costs if you chose a more expensive shipping method than the standard option.

The refund will be processed within 30 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

8. Complaints (Warranty)

When you shop with Settled as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.

This means you have a 24-month warranty.

If your product has a defect, you may be entitled to:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • refund
  • price reduction

depending on the situation.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

If you complain within 2 months, the complaint will always be considered timely.
