Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your order.

If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after receiving the final item.

Returning an item

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned to:

Please ensure the item is securely packaged.

Condition of returned items

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs.

This does not apply if you selected a more expensive shipping method than the standard option.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
